Our competitions should always be a bit of fun. Here’s how we help you keep it that way.
Our commitment
We’re a family business and we want every player to enjoy T&T Wins safely. Our competitions are only open to UK residents aged 18 and over, and we will never encourage anyone to spend more than they can afford.
Every competition also has a free postal entry route, so you never have to pay to take part.
Tips for playing safely
• Set yourself a budget before you play, and stick to it.
• Only use money you can afford to lose, never money for bills, rent or food.
• Don’t chase losses or buy more tickets to “win it back”.
• Take regular breaks, and keep it just one part of your free time.
• Never borrow money to enter competitions.
Tools to help you stay in control
Set these yourself any time: log in and go to My Account → Play Responsibly.
Monthly spend limit
Choose how much you can spend each month, from £0 upwards. You set it when you sign up, and we’ll stop any entry that would take you over it.
Take a break
Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. You won’t be able to enter during that time.
Self-exclusion
Close your account for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. We’ll also stop all marketing emails to you.
No going back early
Breaks and self-exclusions can’t be shortened. Lowering your spend limit works straight away, but raising it only takes effect after 7 days.
Signs it may be time to stop
• Spending more than you planned, or more than you can afford.
• Feeling anxious, low or irritable about entering or losing.
• Hiding how much you spend from family or friends.
• Entering to escape problems or to try to fix money worries.
